Our Parts Give You the Freedom to Fly Reliably and Safely

Founded in 2000, Trinity Aerospace is a Transport Canada Approved Manufacturing Organization (#47-05) with AS9100 and ISO 9001 certification to the latest standards. We hold key Aerospace OEM approvals and are registered with the Controlled Goods Directorate for military/defence applications. In 2019 Trinity attained NADCAP approval for heat treatment of aluminum alloys. Trinity provides a competitive turnkey solution for aircraft parts and assemblies to OEM’s, airlines and MRO’s.

Our services include parts development, parts manufacturing/processing and after sales support. Trinity produces sheet metal & machined detail parts and assemblies. In collaboration with our engineering partner (Altitude Aerospace) we design and manufacture Supplementary Type Certificate parts (STC’s). We also provide custom designed wire/spring clips (for thermal/acoustic insulation per FAR 25.856).

Trinity Aerospace provides expertise, planning and people to facilitate the design and fabrication of parts and components for prototype, new and refurbished aircraft. We currently hold STC’s and PDA/PMA’s on various parts for various aircrafts and we have the capacity to develop new part designs as required. In addition, we provide 24/7 AOG service to meet our customer’s requirements.

Our goal is to develop partnerships with our customers and suppliers which lead to quality products, on-time delivery, and lower overall costs.

History

Trinity Aerospace was founded in 2000 primarily as a sheet metal fabrication shop. Over the years we have vertically integrated to include assembly, some processing, heat treatment, and machining.

In 2013 Trinity Aerospace entered into a joint venture with Altitude Aerospace to acquire DICI Industries, a machining and assembly facility located in Montreal, QC. This allows us to also offer the additional services of CNC precision machining and aerospace engineering services through our partner companies.

In our 30,000 sq. ft. modern facility, located in Mississauga, ON, we have state of the art equipment to fabricate simple or complex sheet metal parts up to 48″ x 144″ depending on part configuration. Our dedicated production team consists of “artisans” that are supported by a robust team of professionals.

Trinity prides itself on a quicker than normal turnaround time and produces “one-off” and small to large production runs. Besides build to print, we also provide Design/Build solutions for prototype & certification.
