Trinity Aerospace is a Transport Canada Approved Manufacturing Organization (#47-05) with AS9100B and ISO 9001:2008 certification.  We are also registered with the Controlled Goods Directorate for military/defense projects.  We provide a turnkey solution for aircraft parts to OEM’s, airlines and MRO’s.

Our services include Engineering design (by Altitude Aerospace), parts manufacturing/processing and after sales support. Our products include sheet metal & machined structural parts, structural assemblies, laser wire coding & wire harness assemblies.  We also provide custom designed wire/spring clips (for thermal/acoustic insulation per FAR 25.856). Mobile Repair Team (MRT) support is provided in the way of manpower, parts, ground support equipment and hangar space.

Trinity Aerospace provides expertise, planning and people to facilitate the design and fabrication of parts and components for prototype, new and refurbished aircraft. We currently hold STC’s and PDA/PMA’s on some parts and we have the capacity to develop new part designs as required.

Trinity Aerospace will provide test or trial installations, management services to air and ground transport manufacturers. Our experienced engineering consultants will manufacture and trial fit new components with all necessary support structures. We will analyze necessary changes required and work directly with your Design team to solve any problem areas. All work being carried out will be in the strictest confidence and at your convenience
