| All parts are delivered with a Certificate of Compliance (C of C)
complete with processing (heat treated, anodized, passivation etc.),
finished (primed and top-coated or primed only), part-marked and packaged as specified.
Traceability of materials is paramount in our selection process. |

| Our production personnel are highly-skilled operators who perform 'what seems impossible' for our customers. Various types of equipment are used to fabricate parts to clients exact specifications. A partial list of equipment includes: CNC Lathe, CNC 3-axis Vertical Mill, Conventional Vertical Mill and Lathe etc. These machines are used to develop bushings, fittings, brackets and your 'special' requirement parts. Trinity's toolmakers will also develop and produce jigs and tools to meet your assembly needs. |

| Our Electrical Shop is equipped with a 'state of the art' Capris 50 -
laser code and cut wire machine which produces coding on wire without interfering with the wire coating --
laser printed. We can provide our customers with coded wire or complete wire harnesses.
Our technicians will assemble and test electrical wire harnesses to your company's quality standards.
We can use your test equipment or we will develop new test equipment for harness assemblies.
Fully certified wire and electrical components are used for our customers. |

Our shop manufactures parts to your drawings and documents,
using raw certified materials that are formed into finished, assembled and part-marked parts.
Total quality inspections are performed at each step of the build process.
Our skilled technicians develop parts from profile to final forming with form blocks
designed at our facility. A full range of metal forming equipment; such as brake presses,
rubber press, metal shear, band saws, drill presses, etc. are used to get our customer's
parts built on-time.
Skin repair and polishing of aluminum skins is completed by industry trained technicians. Work can be performed in-house or at a clients site if the work is to be done in situ. |
